Krimin kansainvälinen asema

Krimin kansainvälinen asema on kiistanalainen. Venäjä liitti Krimin osaksi itseään sotilaallisessa interventiossa 28. helmikuuta 2014, mutta Yhdistyneet kansakunnat ei ole tunnustanut sitä osaksi Venäjää. YK:n yleiskokouksen päätöslauselman 68/262 mukaan yleiskokous on todennut vuoden 2014 Krimin kansanäänestyksen olleen epäpätevä[1]. Ei-sitovaa päätöslauselmaa tuki 100 Yhdistyneiden Kansakuntien jäsenvaltiota, 11 valtiota äänesti päätöslauselmaa vastaan, kun taas 58 maata tyhjää, ja lisäksi 24 valtiota oli poissa äänestyksen aikana.

Seuraavat YK:n jäsenmaat tukeneet Krimin kiistassa Venäjää, esimerkiksi antamalla tukensa Venäjälle YK:n äänestyksissä.[2][3][4] Jotkut maat, kuten Intia, ovat myös äänestäneet Krimin ihmisoikeustilannetta vastaan, mutta eivät äänestäneet Ukrainan alueellista koskemattomuutta vastaan vuonna 2014 tai 2018, joten niitä ei ole lueteltu alla.
