Rudolfo Anaya

Rudolfo A. Anaya (30. lokakuuta 1937 – 28. kesäkuuta 2020) oli meksikolais-yhdysvaltalainen kirjailija. Hänen ensimmäinen julkaistu kirjansa oli Bless Me, Ultima (1972), nyttemmin eräs chicanokirjallisuuden klassikkoteoksista. Hänelle myönnettiin vuonna 2001 National Medal of Arts.

Anaya syntyi Uudessa Meksikossa ja opiskeli Uuden Meksikon yliopistossa. Hän puhui lapsuudenkodissaan yksinomaan espanjaa ja meni vuonna 1966 naimisiin Patricia Lawlessin kanssa.

Anayalle asui Albuquerquessa ja toimi englannin kielen emeritusprofessorina Uuden Meksikon yliopistossa. Hänelle myönnettiin muun muassa Premio Quinto Sol -palkinto.
