Jeremy Northam
Jeremy Northam (s. 1. joulukuuta 1961 Cambridge, Englanti[1]) on englantilainen näyttelijä. Hän on esiintynyt muun muassa elokuvissa Emma, Gosford Park ja Tristram Shandy: Herrasmiehen paljastukset. Hän on myös esittänyt Thomas Morea televisiosarjassa Tudors ja Anthony Edeniä sarjassa The Crown.

muokkaaNortham opiskeli näyttelemistä Bristol Old Vic Theatre School -teatterikoulussa.[2]
1980-luvun lopussa ja 1990-luvulla Northam esiintyi National Theatren ja Royal Shakespeare Companyn tuotannoissa. Hän oli muun muassa Daniel Day-Lewisin sijaisnäyttelijä Hamletin pääroolissa.[3] Hän sai vuonna 1990 parhaan tulokkaan Olivier-palkinnon näytelmästä The Voysey Inheritance.[2]
Hänen ensimmäinen merkittävä roolinsa Hollywood-elokuvassa oli vuoden 1996 elokuvassa The Net – verkko kiristyy, jossa hänen vastanäyttelijänään oli Sandra Bullock.
