'''''Greatest Hits Vol.1''''' on kokoelmalevy, joka julkaistiin lokakuussa [[2004]] [[nu metal]] -yhtyeeltä [[Korn]]. Albumia on myyty yli 1 850 000 kappaletta maailmanlaajuisesti. Se on myös yhtyeen viimeinen albumi, jolla soittaa alkuperäiskitaristi [[Brian Welch|Brian "Head" Welch]].
Levyllä on yhtyeen eri kappaleita heidän uraltaan, ja sisältää myös kaksi uutta kappaletta, jotka ovat molemmat tosin cover-kappaleita.
