| Kuvaus | Every week for the past few months, Nurse Shoshi Yaniv, from the "Ezer Mizion" Organization, volunteers at Tel-Ha'Shomer Induction Center and takes blood samples from the new recruits, in the hope that they will be suitable bone marrow donors. This morning, her son Idan enlisted for combat service in the Golani Brigade. Towards the end of the processing procedure, Idan entered the blood sample room, for his own mother to take his blood sample. "Sure, today is a very exciting day for me," said Shoshi. Idan added: "Before, I was a little scared of the needle, but it really didn't hurt." |
