Japani-palkinnon logo

Japani-palkinto (jap. 日本国際賞, Nihon-kokusai-shō) on Japanin tiede- ja teknologiasäätiön vuosittain vuodesta 1985 jakama palkinto. Palkinto myönnetään ihmisille, jotka ovat edesauttaneet tieteen ja teknologian edistymistä ja maailman rauhan ja hyvinvoinnin kehittymistä. Periaatteessa palkinto voidaan antaa mille tahansa tieteen ja teknologian osa-alueella toimivalle elävälle henkilölle, mutta vuosittain valitaan kaksi alaa, joilla toimiville henkilöille palkinto myönnetään. Poikkeustapauksissa palkinto voidaan myöntää myös pienille tutkijaryhmille. Palkinnon suuruus on 50 miljoonaa japanin jeniä.[1]
