Jan Kounen on (s. 2. toukokuuta 1964 Utrecht, Alankomaat) on alankomaalaissyntyinen ranskalainen elokuvaohjaaja ja elokuvatuottaja. Kounen on ohjannut myös useita musiikkivideoita.
