Hearts of Iron IV on Paradox Development Studion kehittämä ja Paradox Interactiven julkaisema suurstrategiapeli.[3] Se julkaistiin 6. kesäkuuta 2016 Linuxille, Mac OS X:lle ja Windowsille. Peli kuuluu Hearts of Iron -strategiapelisarjaan ja on jatkoa Hearts of Iron III:lle.
