Goremageddon: The Saw and the Carnage Done on kolmas studioalbumi belgialaiselta death metal -yhtye Abortedilta. Se julkaistiin vuonna 2003 Listenable Recordsin kautta. Kaikkiin kappaleisiin, viimeistä lukuun ottamatta, on liitetty mukaan kauhu- ja sarjamurhaajateemallisia äänileikkeitä. Esimerkiksi kahdessa ensimmäisessä kappaleessa on äänileike elokuvasta Hellbound – Hellraiser II. Albumin nimiotsikolla viitataan Neil Youngin kappaleeseen Needle and Damage Done. Goremageddon taas on yhdistelmä sanoista gore ja Harmagedon. Muita julkaisuja on rajoitettu 500 kappaleen punainen LP-levy, jolta löytyy myös Carcass-cover Carnal Forge.
