We had this discussion in 2015 and here are some experiences about using Flow on Edit Filter's error page. The conclusion is that Flow works on pages aimed at beginners and it should be ordered on case-by-case basis. This EDU pilot page is aimed at beginners and it is a course I am assisting, so thats way im requesting Flow on it. It is also for testing purposes to find out what works for EDU assignments.
