Se sisältää kappaleita vuonna 1990 ilmestyneestä No Prayer for the Dying -albumista vuonna 2010 ilmestyneeseen The Final Frontieriin asti. Samalla levy kokoaa yhtyeen hitit kahdeksi kokoelma-albumiksi vuonna 2008 ilmestyneen Somewhere Back in Timen kanssa, joka sisälsi yhtyeen suurimmat hitit vuodesta 1980 vuoteen 1988 asti.
