Bernie Marsden
Bernie Marsden (7. toukokuuta 1951 Buckingham – 24. elokuuta 2023[1]) oli brittiläinen kitaristi. Hän oli yksi Whitesnaken kolmesta alkuperäisjäsenestä.

Marsden aloitti musiikkiuransa UFOssa marraskuussa 1972. Puolen vuoden sukellus Phil Moggin ja Pete Wayn päihdehuuruihin oli niin traumaattinen, että asia vaiettiin yhteisellä sopimuksella 1990-luvulle saakka. Sen jälkeen hän soitti yhtyeissä Cozy Powell's Hammer ja Babe Ruth kunnes hän vuosina 1976–1977 soitti Deep Purple -veteraanien bluesrock-kokoonpanossa Paice, Ashton & Lord, jonka ainoaksi levytykseksi jäi vuonna 1977 julkaistu Malice in Wonderland. Näihin aikoihin hän tutustui ensimmäisen kerran David Coverdaleen.
Vuonna 1978 Marsden oli toinen jäsen joka kiinnitettiin aluksi David Coverdalen sooloprojektin taustabändiin Whitesnakeen. Siinä hän soitti vuoteen 1982 asti säveltäen muun muassa yhtyeen suuret klassikot ”Fool for Your Loving” ja ”Here I Go Again”.
Whitesnaken jälkeen Marsdenilla oli kaksi yhtyettä yhdessä kahden entisen Whitesnake-jäsenen Micky Moodyn ja Neil Murrayn kanssa: Company of Snakes ja M3 sekä yhtye Bernie Marsden's Whitesnake.
