AFI:n 100-vuotissarjan 100 hienointa elokuvalaulua (engl. AFI's 100 Years...100 Songs) on seitsemäs American Film Instituten 100-vuotissarjan osa, joka julkaistiin 22. kesäkuuta 2004 John Travoltan juontamassa CBS-kanavan erikoisjaksossa.

Elokuvista Laulavat sadepisarat, Sound of Music ja West Side Story on listalla kustakin kolme kappaletta. Elokuvilla Ihmemaa Oz, Tähti on syntynyt (sija 11. vuoden 1954 versiolla ja sija 16. vuoden 1976 versiolla), Funny Girl ja Tyttö ja kosija on jokaisella kaksi sijoitusta listalla.

Esittäjistä Judy Garlandilla, Gene Kellyllä ja Marni Nixonilla on eniten sijoituksia, kullakin viisi. Barbra Streisandilla, Fred Astairella ja Julie Andrewsilla sijoituksia on neljä.
