Names

I'm very angry with Finnish wikipedia. I think you're discriminating Basque language. The oficial name of San Sebastian is Donostia-San Sebastian. The ONLY oficial name of Vizcaya is in Basque "BIZKAIA" and you have put it in Spanish, I don't understand. I thought Finns were more sensible with languages, after the problems you had surviving the Finnish some years ago. So I would like to ask you to change the names of Basque-speaking cities. I'm making Finland for Basque wikipedia, and I think you wouldn't like the names of your cities only in Swedish. Please change them... Guipuzcoa ----> Gipuzkoa
