And is it possible to give the tool the to new editors by default but let old editors decide if they want to use it? I like the reply and subscription features a lot, but the new topic feature might disrupt the workflow of vandal fighters. Editors are used to seeing an empty talk page when they go there to leave a warning for a vandal, and it takes a while to get used to seeing the new look. Also, we use a specialized CharInsert selection under the editing window for a quick addition of warning templates, and it doesn't load in the new system, so for vandal fighters the new look is mostly just a distraction.
