'''Naisten äänioikeus''' on taloudellinen ja poliittinen uudistus, joka antaa naisille oikeuden äänestää.
 
Ensimmäiset maat, jotka antoivat naisille äänioikeuden, olivat Uusi-Seelanti ja Australia 1800-luvun lopussa. Naisten äänioikeus tosin oli Yhdysvaltain [[New Jersey]]n osavaltion perustuslaissa jo vuonna 1776, mutta se kumottiin 1807. Myöhemmin naiset saivat äänioikeuden Yhdysvalloissa vuonna 1920. Ranskassa [[Pariisin kommuuni]] antoi naisille äänioikeuden 1871, mutta päätös kumottiin kommuunin kaatuessa. Suomi antoi kolmantena maailmassa ja ensimmäisenä Euroopassa naisille äänioikeuden vuonna 1906 ja samalla valittiin Suomen eduskuntaan maailman ensimmäiset naisparlamentaarikot. Euroopan maista Sveitsi antoi naisille äänioikeuden vasta vuonna 1971 ja Liechtenstein viimeisenä Euroopassa vuonna 1984. Joissain Sveitsin kantoneissa naisten äänioikeus oli evätty 1990-luvun alkuun asti.
