Previois version contained Nazi propaganda praising highly the competences of general Jodl which was not necessary for informing of nickname of Mr. Keitel. I wonder too if the whole Nazi example of Mr. Keitel is neccesary to describe the term "lakeija" (lackey). The side Nazi era side mening is not currently widely used or known. More references to historical royal courts could be useful.
