Stanley Cavell
Stanley Louis Cavell (1. syyskuuta 1926 Atlanta, Georgia – 19. kesäkuuta 2018[1]) oli yhdysvaltalainen filosofi. Hän oli estetiikan ja yleisen arvoteorian Walter M. Cabot -oppituolin professori Harvardin yliopistossa.
Cavellia on luonnehdittu laaja-alaisimmaksi elossa olevaksi amerikkalaisfilosofiksi. Analyyttisen kielifilosofian lisäksi hän on myös osallistunut dialogiin mannermaisen filosofian edustajien kanssa.
