Spin Doctors

Spin Doctors on yhdysvaltalainen vaihtoehtorock-yhtye. Se perustettiin New Yorkissa vuonna 1988. Yhtye on parhaiten tunnettu vuoden 1992 hiteistään "Two Princes" ja "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong".
