Rob Cavallo

Rob Cavallo (s. 21. maaliskuuta 1963) on yhdysvaltalainen tuottaja, joka toimii tällä hetkellä Warner Bros. Recordsin puheenjohtajana. Hän on tuottanut monen kuuluisan artistin ja yhtyeiden albumeita, kuten Green Dayn.

Historia

Rob Cavallo syntyi Washington (DC):ssä, mutta muutti kymmenenvuotiaana Kaliforniaan. Teininä hän soitti paikallisissa bändeissä ja valmistuttuaan lukiosta hän alkoi työskennellä äänitysteknikkona. Cavallo valmistui lopulta Etelä-Californian yliopistosta. 1980 luvun lähestyessä Cavallo työskenteli tuottajana ns. tukkaheviyhtyeiden kanssa ympäri Hollywoodia. Metallimusiikin jälkeen hän siirtyi työskentelemään vaihtoehto/rock - yhtyeiden kanssa ja niiden parissa hän työskentelee edelleenkin.
