Nespithe on suomalaisen death metal -yhtye Demilichin ainoa studioalbumi. Alkuperäinen versio on Pavement Recordsin julkaisema. Vuonna 2003 albumin julkaisi uudelleen Century Media. Albumista julkaistiin vuonna 2009 rajoitettu vinyylipainos.
