What Hits!? on rockyhtye Red Hot Chili Peppersin ensimmäinen kokoelmalevy, jonka julkaisi EMI Records 29. syyskuuta 1992. Se sisältää kappaleita yhtyeen neljältä ensimmäiseltä albumilta, yhden Abbey Road EP:ltä, yhden Blood Sugar Sex Magikiltä, ja yhden Pretty Woman-soundtrackiltä.

Kokoelma julkaistiin vasta sen jälkeen kun Red Hot Chili Peppers oli jo jättänyt EMI:n, ja julkaissut menestysalbumi Blood Sugar Sex Magikin. Emi Records sai Warner Bros. Recordsilta luvan käyttää yhtä kappaletta menestysalbumilta, jos tulevaisuudessa Warner saisi omalle kokoelmalevylleen yhden vanhemmista kappaleista (Kappale oli Higher Ground Greatest Hits-kokoelmalla vuodelta 2003).
What Hits!?:in (suom. Mitkä hitit!?) nimi on vitsi Red Hot Chili Peppersin heikosta suosiosta EMI Recordsin alaisuudessa.
Levyn kansi on samantapainen kuin bändin toisen kokoelma-albumin, Out in L.A.:n.
