I've recently discovered that [[User:Pangkakit]] has used several different language Wikipedia projects to host a screenshot of his rare characers in a mobile video game. He uploaded the file as [[:File:Monster Strike.jpg]] locally. He's uploaded the same picture (or similar versions of it) to the Chinese, Cantonese, Italian, Indonesian, Malaysian, Russian, Turkish, and Ukranian Wikipedias. I've removed it from the page he put it on (which he apparently created just to host the file), but I do not know the local deletion tags. Would you please tag and delete the image?
