The Blues Brothers on amerikkalainen R&B -yhtye.
Yhtyeen ovat perustaneet vuonna 1978 koomikot Dan Aykroyd ja John Belushi musiikkiohjelmanumeroonsa Saturday Night Live -ohjelmaan. He ottivat yhtyeeseen "Joliet" Jake Bluesin (päälaulu) sekä Elwood Bluesin (huuliharppu/laulu). The Blues Brothers teki ensiesiintymisensä Saturday Night Live -ohjelman musiikkivieraana 7. huhtikuuta 1978. Yhtyeen pohjalta on tehty kaksi Hollywood-elokuvaa: The Blues Brothers (1980), The Blues Brothers 2000 (1998).
