Paradox Development Studio
Paradox Development Studio on ruotsalainen vuonna 1995 perustettu pelitalo, joka on yhdistetty emoyhtiönsä Paradox Interactiven kanssa. Yhtiö on parhaitten tunnettu sarjoistaan Europa Universalis, Hearts of Iron, Crusader Kings ja Victoria.

Historia muokkaa
Paradox Development Studiolla on juurensa ruotsalaissessa Target Games -lautapelivalmistajassa. Vuonna 1999 yhtiö jaettiin yhtiöiksi Paradox Interactive, joka keskittyi videopeleihin, ja Paradox Entertainment, joka keskittyi lauta- ja roolipeleihin.
Paradox Interactive alkoi julkaista omia strategiapelejään itsenäisesti ja laajensi toimintaansa myös julkaisemalla muiden pelitalojen pelejä.
Vuoden 2012 tammikuussa yhtiö jaettiin jälleen kerran kahteen. Paradox Interactive keskittyi pelien julkaisemiseen ja Paradox Development studio niiden kehittämiseen.
