Mindcrime at the Moore taltioitiin Operation: Mindcrime II -albumin (2006) kiertueelta yhtyeen kolmi-iltaisesta esiintymisestä Seattlen The Moore -teatterissa lokakuussa 2006. Yhtye esitti kiertueella kokonaisuudessaan kyseisen albumin ja sen ensimmäisen osan Operation: Mindcrimen (1988).

RIAA palkitsi yhtyeen kultalevyllä DVD:n ylitettyä 50 000 kappaleen myynnin maaliskuussa 2008.
