Butch Vig
Butch Vig (oik. Bryan David Vigorson, s. 2. elokuuta 1955 Viroqua, Wisconsin) on yhdysvaltalainen muusikko ja musiikkituottaja. Hän on rockyhtye Garbagen rumpali ja tuottaja.

Vig opiskeli elokuvaa Wisconsinin yliopistossa Madisonissa, missä hän alkoi kiinnostua musiikkialasta. Hän alkoi tuottaa joidenkin paikallisten punk-yhtyeiden albumeita ja tapasi myös tulevat Garbagen yhtyekaverinsa Duke Eriksonin ja Steve Markerin.
Vuonna 1991 Vig siirtyi suuremman profiilin tuotantotöihin, kun hän tuotti sekä Nirvanan Nevermindin että The Smashing Pumpkinsin Gishin. Vuosien 1993 ja 1994 aikana hän tuotantotöidensä ohessa alkoi suunnitella oman yhtyeen perustamista Eriksonin ja Markerin kanssa. Garbageksi nimetyn yhtyeen laulajaksi löydettiin lopulta skotlantilainen Shirley Manson.
